Winnie is a gentle soul who is learning to trust a little more each day. Since arriving in her foster home, she has slowly begun to come out of her shell, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch her progress.
Winnie absolutely loves other dogs and takes great comfort in their presence. She bonds quickly with canine companions and has formed a special connection with her foster sister, Poppy. Watching Winnie play and interact with other dogs is where her personality really shines.

Winnie is still very shy around people and can be sensitive to touch, often flinching with human contact. Because of this, she will need a calm, patient home that will allow her to move at her own pace and build trust on her terms. She may never be the kind of dog who eagerly jumps into the car for adventures or rushes over for cuddles when you walk through the door but in her own quiet way, Winnie will absolutely capture your heart. Winnie will be incredibly special.
