DJ is a reserved but incredibly special pup who is still learning to trust the world around him. Rescued from an overcrowded home, he’s a true rescue at heart and will need time, patience, and understanding before choosing to fully open up to his people. Once DJ feels safe, his tail never stops wagging, and the way he greets you will make you feel like the most important person in the world. His soft coat and gentle presence make him a comforting companion to have by your side.

DJ would greatly benefit from having a confident dog companion or even a small pack to help guide him and build his confidence.
He will need continued support with leash training and would do best in a home with a secure backyard where he can feel safe while exploring at his own pace.
